Processing Time

We try to ship all orders within 72 hours. As a small company orders are filled from a limited stock supply. All orders are currently sent via Australia Post.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Our shipping costs do not include any hidden charges. We charge you the cost of shipping the item as calculated by Australia Post plus a handling charge that covers the time and material it takes to ship your order. You choose the shipping service you want and we calculate the exact cost to ship your order from Victoria Australia.

To compare the cost of various shipping methods: When you've added everything you want to your shopping cart, select a shipping service from the list. Then click Estimate Shipping to view the new total, without making a commitment to purchase.

Domestic Shipments

Domestic Shipments are sent via  Australia Post's Registered Mail or Express Post service where possible . These services provides a signed delivery service.

International Shipments

We ship to many parts of the world. You can place your order on our Web site and choose an appropriate shipping method. The total cost of your order, including shipping and handling, is calculated before you commit to placing the order. Most international shipments are made by Insured Airmail Post. This service provides a good balance between cost and delivery time. We also offer a quicker Courier style Express Post International service.

In general, Registered Airmail Parcel Post takes 2-3 weeks. Once the package is in the hands of Australia Post we have no control over it, and no way to track it. We can use the Registered Mail number to place a trace on the parcel, but this can take up to 45 days to complete.

Problems with Registered Airmail shipping are very rare, but do occasionally happen and resolution can by lengthy. As such, we highly recommend that you select Express Post International as the shipping method. This method provides a very prompt delivery service with an on-line tracking facility provided by Australia Post.

Product Return Policy

Defective items may only be returned after contacting Homann Designs support2009@homanndesigns.com and obtaining a Return Authorisation Number (RMA) The purchaser must pay the shipping to return the unit to Homann Designs. For Australian Customers, the repaired/replaced unit will be shipped back via Australia Post as our expense. International customers will be asked to pay the return shipping cost.
