This heaksink kit is ideal for helping to keep your G540 cool when using motors that draw more than 3A.
Each of the three 40mm x 40mm heatsinks in the kit have a thermal heat-sink adhesive pad allowing for easy attachment to the G540 stepper unit.
The heatsinks are attached by;
- Test fit the layout of the heatsinks so they are evenly positioned on the back of the G540
- Clean the back of the G540 with isopropyl alcohol
- Allow to dry
- peel off the backing of the heatsink adhesive tape
- Place the heatsink and press firmly to ensure proper seating and adhesion
Note: The G540 is not included in the kit.
